New responsibilities for Henning Bosch at IMPERIAL

Chief Operating Officer of IMPERIAL Shipping Holding GmbH takes over group-wide Operational Excellence Department of IMPERIAL Logistics International. His management colleagues Uwe Wedig and Jens Kleiner will form the Management Board of IMPERIAL Shipping Holding GmbH in future.

Henning Bosch (53), Chief Operating Officer (COO) of IMPERIAL Shipping Holding GmbH, will assume responsibility for the new group-wide Operational Excellence Department of IMPERIAL Logistics International on 15 April this year. He hands over his previous duties as COO of IMPERIAL Shipping Holding GmbH to his management colleagues Uwe Wedig (CEO) and Jens Kleiner (CFO), who will form the Management Board of IMPERIAL Shipping Holding GmbH in future. As head of the group-wide Operational Excellence Department, Bosch reports directly to Carsten Taucke, CEO of the IMPERIAL Logistics International Group.

Carsten Taucke: “Henning Bosch acquired the in-depth methodological competence needed to perform these duties in his various functions in industry and logistics. As head of our new group-wide Operational Excellence Department, Bosch’s scope of responsibility now extends to the entire IMPERIAL Logistics International Group.”
