HHLA voted "Best Green Container Terminal Operator"

Hamburger Hafen und Logistik AG (HHLA) won the award for “Best Green Container Terminal Operator” at the “Asian Freight, Logistics and Supply Chain Awards” (AFLAS). The international prize for being the “greenest” or most sustainable operator of container terminals was awarded by the trade magazine Asia Cargo News on 29 June in Singapore. Readers of the magazine could vote for the winners across various categories.

Another Hamburg company was also recognised in an additional sustainability category. Shipping company Hamburg Süd won the AFLAS award for “Best Green Shipping Line”.
