Now it won't be long before the new Kattwyk railway bridge is ready for operation in Hamburg. The world's largest lift bridge has been planned and built for over ten years. Sebastian Schulz from the HPA is the technical project manager and shows how things are progressing. The new bridge is currently being assembled in Cuxhaven. The turnkey bridge will then be delivered to the port of Hamburg by ship. The film shows: The Kattwyk Bridge has impressive dimensions and is a great achievement by the engineers.
