Port of Hamburg representative in Hong Kong, Anne Thiesen, is honored to meet Mr. Horace Lo, CEO and Group Managing Director of Modern Terminals.
He shared his insights on the "Hong Kong Seaport Alliance" (HKSPA) which was formed in 2019 by the leading terminal operators Hongkong International Terminals, Modern Terminals, COSCO-HIT Terminals and Asia Container Terminals to enhance the overall competitiveness of Hong Kong Port. The HKSPA covers 23 container berths at 8 terminals. The four competitors collaborate on the operations of their container terminal facilities in Kwai Tsing to offer a more efficient and valuable service to its customers, while improving the overall competitiveness of the Port of Hong Kong in the region.
