The Fehmarnbelt Days 2016 in Hamburg: CREATING CONNECTIONS
More than 430 registered participants and the fully booked exhibition floor reflect a high interest in the crowd-sourced program of the third Fehmarnbelt Days from 20 –22 September 2016 at the HafenCity University Hamburg.
A wide range of topics in the geographical area ranging from Northern Germany via Denmark to Southern Sweden are presented and discussed during the three days of the Fehmarnbelt Days 2016, e.g.:
urban as well as regional planning and development
culture and tourism
transport – logistics – infrastructure
At the Fehmarnbelt Days interested politicians, civil servants, scientists, business people and citizens from Sweden, Denmark, Germany and other countries will gather. Jointly, they exchange ideas, experiences and interests, discuss the dynamic development and strengthen the cross-border cooperation in the emerging Fehmarnbelt Region and beyond in almost 30 different events.
Seize the opportunity to get an update on the status of the Fehmarnbelt Fixed Link – as well as on the Brenner Tunnel project (the two bottlenecks in the Scandinavian Mediterranean Corridor, one of the nine Core Network Corridors of the EU), to look for project partners and / or EU funding, to establish and nurture your business contacts, to find out how to cooperate with science and research as well as how to enter other markets, to get a hold of current developments and to get to know interesting people and gain relevant insights into our joint future.
