The 37th edition of the German Shipping Day will take place from 6 to 8 May 2025 in Hamburg. Under the motto "Shipping: Safe, Connected, Climate-Neutral!", the event will focus on key future topics of the maritime industry through high-profile specialist conferences. Special emphasis will be placed on maritime security, climate protection, digitalisation, and fostering new talent in the industry.

The event is organised by the German Nautical Association (Deutscher Nautischer Verein von 1868 e.V.), together with the Nautical Association of Hamburg (Nautischer Verein zu Hamburg e.V.), in cooperation with the Federal Association of German Inland Shipping (BDB) and the German Naval Association (DMB).
