Customer-specific logistics concepts Depending upon the cargo, the waterways that are used and the time-frame set by the customer,our logistics department develops individual concepts which are precisely tailored to the specifics of the respective order. Each of our pusher trains can carry cargo of up to 2,500 tons. Our company’s freighting division assigns adequate vessels to each cargo. Versatile fleet The vessels of the Ed Line shipping company meet the most different transportation requirements. Our vessels can operate on all European inland waterways. In order to meet the steadily growing volume of orders, we have continuously expanded our transportation capacities since the foundation of our company. At present, our fleet of own and chartered vessels has a total loading capacity of 30,000 tons to which – whenever needed – pusher trains of our co-operation partners can be added.
