The core product is the automation and standardization of import container release processes between container shipping companies and importing parties (forwarder / BCO) via our platform. Through system connections to the container shipping companies' systems, we can offer all processes associated with the import process in real time. These are not limited to container release, but also include container drop-off, payment processing and reuse - all in real time. Endless email communications become obsolete. The automated and standardized processes streamline the processes of the connected parties.
Delays and claims due to waiting times and wasted journies are avoided. Rights transfer via port communication systems (DE, NL, BE, FR) as well as API connections to customer systems are possible without any problems. Flowfox maps the processes of all countries and ports - in real time.
