IMPERIAL sells Rijnaarde Global Trading & Logistics B.V. to Jos Daanen

IMPERIAL Logistics International is selling Rijnaarde Global Trading & Logistics B.V., which has its headquarters in Beuningen in the Netherlands, to Jos Daanen with effect from 1 July 2015. IMPERIAL Logistics International had acquired the company, which specialises in transporting bulk commodities, chartering inland waterway vessels and trading in building materials and aggregates, from the founder and then owner, Jos Daanen, in 2007. Daanen, who has been managing the business at Rijnaarde since that time, has completely bought back the partnership shares in Rijnaarde Global Trading & Logistics B.V. Both companies have agreed not to disclose the purchase price and will continue to work together in a partner-like manner.
