“With the coronavirus pandemic successfully con- tained in many places, exports have rapidly recov- ered part of the ground lost. With many industries continuing to suffer from the pandemic and invest- ment activity in many sales markets still damp- ened by the threat of a renewed flare-up, the next stage of recovery will be harder going. Recovery will therefore probably continue in the fourth quar- ter, but at a distinctly slower rate than during the summer.“
