Thanks to a series of additional liner services using the Port of
Hamburg, the United States has meanwhile advanced to become the Elbe port’s foremost partner for container traffic, following China. Making an essential contribution to German economic performance, seaborne foreign trade requires efficient and reliable transport chains. The Port of Hamburg fulfils these needs.
