India is notable for its enormous market and high eco- nomic growth. We assume that with the re-election of the Prime Minister, continuation of reforms to sim- plify many economic and logistics processes can be expected. Essential elements of this are investments in infrastructure plus a new national logistics policy. India is and will remain a market very sensitive on prices, with personal contacts, as well as linguistic and cultural differences, continuing to be of funda- mental importance. ■
