the Kiel Canal, the world’s busiest artificial water- way. Covering 3.7 hectares, it offers terminal, pre- liminary storage and transhipment facilities for heavy lifts and project shipments. Two mobile har- bour cranes can shift loads of up to 250 tons. Cov- ering 50 hectares, the adjacent trading zone allows us to make numerous opportunities for settlement available.
