Hansaport specializes in handling iron ore and coal. Up to 15 million metric tons are discharged yearly in Germany’s largest seaport terminal. Three berths with a quayside depth of 15.6 metres are available for seagoing ships. Two others serve barges. Up to 100,000 tons can be discharged in one day.
