  The NAVIS Schiffahrts- und Speditions-Aktiengesellschaft is a group of companies, active in all fields of national and international freight forwarding services. The Company has been founded in 1956 in Hamburg. Today NAVIS has own branches in Bremen, Hanover, Freiberg (State Saxony), Rotterdam (The Netherlands), Antwerp (Belgium) and Barcelona (Spain). The structure of NAVIS AG is a holding system for operative companies. Our legal form is a Public Limited Company (Stock Corporation). The issued stock (capital) amounts to EUR 1.4 million. All over the years the company has remained private and independent for the benefit of our customers. NAVIS’s main activities are: International Freight Forwarding Worldwide Container Services (FCL and LCL) Short-sea Transport Services European Transport Services Air Freight (IATA Cargo Agent) National Transport Services Project Freight Forwarding Logistics: Storage, Cargo Handling, Packaging, Logistics for Distribution and Supply Customs Clearance and Bonded Warehousing Transport Insurance There are regular LCL shipments to the most important economic centers in Europe. Comprehensive door/door transports are offered in many European countries for full container loads, partial shipments and less container loads. The most important overseas trading places and many other destinations got own container groupage services. Besides of cargo handling, temporary storage in the seaports and shipment of normal trading goods NAVIS have been working for more than 50 years in the world-wide project business. At our head office in Hamburg we operate an own distribution and bonded warehouse center on an area of 7,000 sqm.
